Movimento Makes Its Detroit Auto Show Debut at AutoMobili-D Industry Days

Movimento booth at Automobili-D Industry Days of the Detroit Auto Show

Movimento, a leading provider of in-plant flash, emergency reflash, and preproduction flash services, recently debuted at the Detroit Auto Show on January 15th and 16th, 2025 during AutoMobili-D Industry Days.

Our team had a rewarding experience hearing about the reflash challenges industry experts are facing in the new year and showcasing the value of using Movimento’s services to simplify and enhance OEM and supplier reflash operations.

We want to thank everyone who stopped by the booth to chat; it was a great two days of conversations!

What attendees didn’t know about Movimento

As we met with attendees at our booth, many were surprised to learn that Movimento offers a range of reflash options beyond in-vehicle flashes. The show allowed us to introduce our loose module flash capabilities to booth visitors, which provides greater flexibility for OEM production lines and module suppliers.

The show also gave us the opportunity to showcase our Nuvolo Cloud software, which provides real-time monitoring of reflash production alongside detailed quality reporting. Achieving 99.9% reflash success is one thing. Documenting hundreds of flashes daily with that quality in real-time while providing on-demand progress tracking provides a much higher level of service and accountability.

What attendees wanted to learn more about

Many were interested in learning more about our preparedness campaigns. With OEMs now recognizing that reflashing is a nearly inevitable part of vehicle manufacturing, but challenging to budget for, preparedness campaigns are a smart way to mitigate risk while ensuring a turn-key reflash solution is in place, should it be needed.

Attendees also showed a strong interest in our on-site team capabilities and parallel reflashing services, including megaflashes. Our experts offered real-world examples of the power of parallel reflashing (such as our 15,000-vehicle case study), which allows customers to reflash multiple modules simultaneously rather than sequentially. Parallel flashing is a game changer in terms of reducing time to flash, resulting in more vehicles flashed per hour and lower overall costs.

And, of course, many booth guests were interested in talking about Movimento’s industry-leading reflash hardware, including the recently launched PUMA 5 mobile reflash device.

A great experience for our team and our guests

We appreciated the opportunity to connect with industry professionals at AutoMobili-D and discuss their reflash needs. We look forward to continuing these conversations and exploring ways to help OEMs and suppliers optimize their reflash processes and reduce costs.
